Our Services
A 90 minute online consultation which will include an in-depth discussion of your health history and current health goals. Prior to this consultation, you will be emailed a health questionnaire which I will review before our appointment.
Included in this cost is a 30-60 minute health plan presentation which will take place one week after the initial consultation to discuss your personalised health recommendations.
This is a 30-60 minute online consultation to review your health goals, progress and recommendations.
This is a 10 minute complementary session to discuss your health goals and how Be Still Naturopathy can best support you. This also provides you with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about seeing a naturopath.

Hi, my name is Holly, a New Zealand-based qualified naturopath and medical herbalist, having studied at the South Pacific College of Natural Medicine and graduating with a Bachelor of Natural Medicine in 2025.

I work alongside you to address the root causes of your health concerns and support your body’s natural ability to heal using lifestyle, dietary, herbal medicine and if needed, supplement recommendations.
